During the 2022-2023 school year, the Chambersburg Area School District was selected to participate in a two-year Post School Outcomes Survey. The Post School Outcomes Survey will focus on collecting data from our 2022–2023 graduates. The goal of the survey is to determine the percentage of students in the following areas:
- Enrolled in higher education (technical school, community college, 4 year college)
- Working competitively
- Employed within other types of employment
- Other types of post-secondary education outcomes
During the first week of June 2024, your 2022-2023 graduate will receive an automated email from No-reply@pattan.net in which the subject line will be: Myplan4success.org – Pennsylvania Post School Survey. In addition to an email, your graduate will also receive a text message from 717-844-9768. Both the email and text message will contain information on completing the survey and a direct link.
If graduates do not complete the survey in June 2024, they will receive a second round of communication via email and text message during the first week in July 2024. Any graduate who does not complete the survey by the end of July 2024 will receive additional communication in August 2024.
Please encourage your graduate to complete the short survey regarding their experience since graduating from Chambersburg Area School District.
