Electronic Device Insurance Information - 2022-2023
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Your student has been provided a device through the District. In order to assist families with device protection, we have arranged with One2One Risk Solutions to provide a fee-based option for yearly insurance in the event your student’s device is broken or damaged.
We ask that all students’ parents and guardians take a moment to access the One2One Risk Solutions website, register their child’s device, and decide whether to accept or decline the insurance. If you decline the insurance, you are responsible to pay for breakage or damages as listed below.
Please take a moment to access the One2One Risk Solutions website at www.one2onerisk.com and select “Enroll My Device” and then follow the simple step by step directions in order to register your child’s device and either accept or decline insurance. You will need to know your child’s student ID number when completing this process. This information can be found on the Sapphire Portal. Additionally, it is very important for parents to know that we will no longer issue multiple Chromebooks. Students will only get one Chromebook and if there is damage, they will not get a replacement until they get their device back and it is paid in full. Note that each school has day loaners available to borrow. These devices stay in school and are not taken home.
