Free & Reduced Meal Information - 2022-2023

Dear CASD Families,

The following are Community Eligibility Schools (CEP) for the 2022-2023 school year. Students enrolled at these locations receive lunch at no cost to the family. Additional items or snacks would require funds to be in a student’s account. Breakfast at all CASD schools is provided for free.

  2. Benjamin Chambers

  3. Early Learning Center

  4. Fayetteville

  5. Franklin Learning Center

  6. Grandview

  7. Hamilton Heights

  8. Lurgan

  9. Marion

  10. Merakey

  11. New Franklin

  12. Stevens

If your student is not enrolled in these schools, they will be required to pay for lunch or apply for free or reduced meal eligibility. To apply online, visit:

The district benefited last year from US Department of Agriculture and PA Department of Education waivers that granted free breakfast and lunch meals to all registered students. However, there are currently no waivers being offered for the 2022-2023 school year.
