On Demand Forms Available When You Log In To Your Account:
CHANGE/ADD NEW BABYSITTER - parent portal account > student back pack > student data forms > change/add new babysitter - fill out a form for each child and submit.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS - parent portal account > student back pack > student data forms > change of address form - fill out a form for each child and submit.
Submitted forms will be reviewed and processed. You will be contacted regarding the requested changes. If you have questions, please contact the school office at 717.261.3439.
Please note the school secretary will be out of the office from June 10th through August 2nd and will respond to your request upon returning to the office. Our principal, Dr. Herbert, will be in the office this summer and may be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
