Dear Parents/Guardians of CAMS South students,

Starting on August 19, 2020 we will have curbside pick-up of your child’s Chromebook. You have an assigned time for your curbside pick-up and it is listed below. Please strictly follow these times, as we have 1200 Chromebooks to hand out. We are NOT allowing students/parents to get out of cars. Please wear a mask when your car windows are down. Pick-up will be held at the front entrance of CAMS South. The ONLY access is from McKinley Street, with the entrance located by the I-81 overpass and CASD soccer field.

Prior to arrival, please do the following (mandatory):

• Fill out the online opt in/opt out for Chromebook insurance. It can be found at:
• https://www.casdonline.org/Page/17992

Please have the following displayed (needs to be readable and large enough to read from a distance):

• Child’s name (First and Last)
• Grade
• Homeroom (you will be able to view your child’s homeroom via Sapphire on August 14^th)
• Child’s student ID number (your child’s lunch number or you can find on Sapphire)

You will have two checkpoints:

• One to pick up Chromebook
• One to receive your child’s log on information, directions for the first day of school, and other paperwork for the start of the year.
