Hello-  My name is Mrs. Carrie Strayer.  I am the Elementary School Counselor for Thaddeus Stevens Elementary School.   I began at CASD during the 2018-2019 school year, though my school counseling career began in 2016.   Prior to this, I spent over ten years working in the mental health field supporting children & adolescents impacted by behavioral and developmental diagnoses.
