I started teaching in Chambersburg Area School District at South Hamilton in 2019.  Before coming to CASD, I taught for 12 years at Fannett-Metal School District.  I have taught as a Reading Specialist, a first grade teacher, and a sixth grade ELA and Social Studies teacher.  I graduated from Shippensburg University in 2005 with an Elementary k-6 degree.  I later obtained my Master's as a Reading Specialist from Shippensburg University as well.  I married my husband, John, in 2005.  We have two kids, Joshua and Allison.  We live in Mercersburg, PA, on a farm.
