REMIND 101 - TEAM 8C

  • Welcome to  Mrs. Sollenberger's

    ELA Website for Team 8C

Hello! My name is Mrs. Emily Sollenberger, your 8th grade ELA teacher on team 8C.  I graduated from West Chester University.  I received my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State University.  I taught 7th grade ELA at Spring Grove Middle School from 2001 - 2007.  In 2007, I came to CAMS as a 7th grade reading teacher.  When our school moved to 6th, 7th, and 8th grades in 2010, I moved to 8th grade. In 2018, I completed the K-12 Administative Certificate Program through Shippensburg University.  This is my 18th year teaching Language Arts at the middle school level.

My husband and I have three children who keep us very busy with their schedules.  I also coach the Varsity Girls' Basketball Team at CAMS North.  I am a C3 online instructor, which is the online school ran through our district.  When I have free time I enjoy traveling with my family and friends to any warm climate!

All that  I ask is that you come to class with an open mind and be willing to work!  Please be respectful of others and responsible for your actions.   Every day is a new day with great opportunities for all of us to learn from each other.

Email is the best way to contact me.  My email address is emily.sollenberger@casdonline.org
