    EF Leader

The Chambersburg Area School District Foundation was founded in 1991 through the passion and commitment of a small group of school board members, alumni and community leaders who believed in the power of investing in students to expand the next generation of leaders and learners. Governed by a fifteen-member board of directors, volunteers donate their expertise, time, and resources to grow the mission through partnerships with donors, alumni, local leaders and the business community. As a result, students receive scholarships for higher education and training, teachers receive resources to create innovative opportunities for instruction, and special projects are all made possible thanks to the Foundation’s generous donors and volunteers.

The CASD Foundation Board of Directors believes in the transformative power of education and that every child deserves a quality education in order to become thinkers, problem-solvers, leaders, and lifelong learners. With your support, the Foundation can truly make a difference in a student’s life.
