COPPA for Staff

The infographic below will help all staff members understand COPPA in the educational setting.  Prodedures for having a website, app or extension added to the approved CASD website, app and extension list for parents to view are included on the graphic.  Those steps are to:

• Check the CASD approved list to see if your website, app or extension is already on the list. 
• If your website, app or extension is not listed, send an email to your School Librarian and include:
  • website name
  • website link
  • link to privacy policy
  • brief description 

The app, website and extension approval requests will be reviewed and completed in 5-7 school days after submission.  Please plan accordingly.
