Required Documents: You'll need to upload the following to the FMX system as part of the approval process:
- Copy of Liability Insurance
- Proof of 501(c)(3) Status (IRS Determination Letter)

Approval Time: It may take up to 1-2 business days for your request to be processed and approved.

Scheduling Events/Meetings: After approval, you will have access to schedule events or meetings.

Category B and Category C invoices will be sent to the email address associated with the person or organization who submitted the registration request.

Guidelines
All applications for Use of District Facilities are dependent upon the availability of the facilities. School programs and school organization have scheduling priority. You will receive an email should the facility not be available for the requested date and time.
