REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Chambersburg Area School District invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for

CONTRACTED SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION
 

SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

The vendor shall submit five (5) signed copies (1 original, 4 photocopies) of the completed proposal in a sealed envelope clearly marked “CASD TRANSPORTATION RFP”.

Proposals are due by 9:30 a.m. – Tuesday, January 20, 2026

TENTATIVE TIME SCHEDULE

  • Initial Review of Proposals—January 21-23, 2026
  • Conduct Interviews with vendors, if necessary— January 28-30, 2026
  • Final Review— February 2-6, 2026
  • Contract Awarded by Board—Tentatively March Board Meeting
