Facing a field of top-ranked teams from across the Nation, the Chambersburg Cadets placed 3rd in the nation in armed regulation drill and 4th in the nation in unarmed regulation drill. Their standing in a variety of other events throughout the two days of competition resulted in an overall 14th place national ranking for the Chambersburg-based program. Of 637 NJROTC programs nation-wide, only 23 earned an invitation to the "Navy Nationals." Chambersburg was the only school representing Pennsylvania.

The culminating event of the school year is our annual Pass-in-Review (PIR). The PIR is a formal military review, which includes a parade and award ceremony. This event is part of our annual program re-certification by the Navy. The event will be held in the CASHS Field House on March 4th. Drill team demonstrations begin at 10:45am
CASHS Tiny Trojan registration is open for the 2025-2026 school year!
The CASHS preschool learning lab offers a warm, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for every child to prepare them for kindergarten at no cost to parents.
Students must turn 4, and be potty trained, by October 1, 2026. Classes will run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

The district invites families of students in grades 6–12 to attend a Social Media Safety Night on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM in the CASHS Auditorium.
Social media plays a significant role in the daily lives of adolescents. This presentation is designed to help parents and guardians better understand how social media use can impact student mental health, behavior, and overall well-being, and how families can support healthy, balanced digital habits at home. The presentation is geared toward parents and guardians, rather than students, and families may decide whether they feel it is appropriate for their child to attend.
- The January 26 snow day will not be made up for students, as we have sufficient instructional hours built into the schedule to meet state requirements.
- Staff will make up the January 26 snow day on June 2, which will be designated as an In-Service Day.
- The January 27 snow day will be made up on Monday, February 16 (Presidents’ Day).
- February 11 will remain an Act 80 In-Service Day for staff, with no school for students.
