The Business Office requests that each department prepare a zero‐based budget instead of just assuming that you need the same amount as the prior year. A zero‐based budget means that you build your expenditures based on department needs and efficiencies, and assign a value to the requests.

The Business Office is requesting that each department review their budgets and determine what additional costs they will have, and what, if any, savings they will have in their current year's budget. This is necessary to determine if we will have savings in our overall budget, and will help us to project our year-end balances.

In the 23-24 connection group, you should see the Content Manager window appear when you select Manage Documents.  Please be sure to select a Document Type.   Instructions are attached for adding documents with Content Manager.
