Welcome to Title 1

Title 1 is a federally funded program.  Funding is based upon the number of students who qualify for free or reduced lunches.  I am happy to announce that ALL Lurgan and Grandview Elementary students will receive free breakfast and free lunch regardless of a family's income.

Title 1 funds help to provide an Instructional Specialist as well as resources and materials for our school.  I am excited to announce that the Title 1 program at Lurgan and Grandview Elementary is school-wide this year.  This means all students K-5 are eligible to receive extra educational services if they show a need.  Title 1 also provides classroom resources and books for the benefit of the students at Lurgan and Grandview Elementary.

Please be sure to read any communications about Title 1 that come out on DoJo or are posted to this website!  I'm looking forward to supporting the students and families at Lurgan and Grandview Elementary in anyway that I can :-)
