    General Questions, Help or “How To”:

    1. Your first line of help for general questions or help should be your child’s teacher so they can provide assistance to you.

    Chromebook Issues or Damage

    If there are problems or issues with your Chromebook, you will need to submit a service call.  Additionally if your Chromebook is broken or damaged, you need to submit a service call.  Service calls can be submitted by either parents or student using Incident IQ.  

    1. Click the Incident IQ Remote Ticketing link and fill in all of the required fields. Step by step directions are below. This is the fastest way to get all necessary information to help us serve you!

    That’s it!  We’ll be in touch with you! It will be diagnosed if we can correct the problem via phone call, remote help or if the device needs to be dropped off for repair.  Note that Remote Support is available during school hours and not in the evenings or weekends.

    Directions For Submitting a Service Call:

    1. Go to Incident IQ Remote Ticketing and fill in all of the required fields.

    2. Click the blue continue button to go to the next screen.

    3. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible and be sure to include the students full name, student ID and building and then click Submit Ticket.

    4. That's it!  Someone will be in touch with you.  If your Chromebook needs a repair, an appointment will be made to drop off your Chromebook for repair and you will be provided a replacement.


    • Please note that time of response can vary depending on volume.  
    • If your Chromebook requires a hardware repair, loss or damage, please refer to the Damage Waiver page.  
    • Per the Chromebook Handbook & Policy guide, only CASD can service our Chromebooks.
