    In order to process your request and determine if your organization is a category B or Category C, please provide the following:

    1. Copy of liability insurance
    2. Proof of 501(C) 3 status (IRS Determination Letter)

    Both documents can be uploaded to the FMX.  

    Once you have been approved, below is the link to scheduled events and /or meetings.

    Category B and C invoices will be emailed to the email address on file for the person / organization who submitted the request

    All applications for Use of District Facilities are dependent upon the availability of the facilities.  School programs and school organization have scheduling priority. You will receive an email should the facility not be available for the requested date and time.
