The Food service Department will conclude the summer meal program on July 30th. It has been our privilege to provide this service since March 17.
CASD Food Service is providing free meals to area children throughout the summer months. On Mondays children will receive 3 breakfast and 3 lunch meals and on Thursdays 2 breakfast and 2 lunch meals. Meals will be available at the following locations:
- Stevens Elementary: 11:00am – 12:00pm
- Fayetteville Elementary: 11:00am -12:00pm
- Ben Chambers Elementary: 11:30am – 12:30pm
Due to recent guidance issued by state and federal agencies, all persons picking up meals or otherwise on District property are required to wear face masks. As an added safety measure when receiving meals, please have the trunk or hatch to your vehicle open when pulling up.
Children should be present when picking up meals, unless they are ill. Parents will need to provide information for children unable to be present for meal pick up.
Meals are provided for all children 0-18 years of age.
Franklin housing authority and Second Street park meal sites will be closed due to social distancing concerns.
