Requesting Lab Use
When requesting the computer lab please put in the following information:
- What dates will you require the lab. a maximum number of students using computers, periods of the day that you will be using the lab?
- Nonconcurrent occurrences must be placed in a separate request. (for exceptions please see me)

Making Changes to a Request Ø
- To request a change and add information to an existing call-in “Incident IQ”, please do not place a new request. In doing so, you will slow down the process. Use “Updating, Reviewing or Checking the Status of an Existing Request”.
