Cardio Endurance/Personal Fitness
Students will focus on the benefits of and improvement in cardiovascular fitness and its impact on ones healthy lifestyle. Developement of a personal fitness plan and fitness goal setting will be developed during this class. Fitness testing Pre-, Middle-, and Post- completion of fitness plan will be administered to set and measure progress toward fitness goal(s). Students can expect to make use of the Cardio Room and Indoor/Outdoor Running Tracks three days per week and the Strength Conditioning (Weight Room) two days per week.
In other words, there is no setting around during class time.
