The Technology Department is pleased to announce the launch of IncidentIQ as our new support ticket system. SchoolDude will no longer be used for service requests. We believe you will find entering a support ticket less cumbersome and IncidentIQ provides more communication to you regarding your service request. Logging in is simplfied. IncidentIQ is also available in a mobile app, making submitting a ticket request convienent from your mobile device.
