Hello! I am so excited to be here at South Hamilton and be your teacher! I am 36 years old and this is my 15th year in education. I have taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades over the years and substituted up to 6th grade :).
I am amrried to my husband Ryan. Together we have twin boys named Greyson and Landon, and our newest little one came in December 2020 - Beckett. We just love being parents and are enjoying every minute as they are growing up way too fast!
I graduated with a teaching degree in 2007 from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA and then moved back to my hometown in New Jersey with my family. I subbed and taught there until 2013. I also obtained my Masters of Education in 2011 from Walden University in Reading and Math. Then I moved to Central Pennsylvania (Mifflin County) where I subbed and taught 4th grade for a full year. Summer of 2015, I got the opportunity to be hired to teach at South Hamilton in Chambersburg! My first two years here, I was commuting every day from Mifflin County and we have now resided in Chambersburg the last 4 years, last year just moving to the South Hamilton area. I am loving every minute as these young minds keep me on my toes and remind me why I love teaching :)
