Hello.  My name is Kelly Webster and I look forward to being your child's teacher this school year. 

I grew up in Chambersburg, PA.  I am a proud graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School.  

After graduating from CASHS, I attended the University of Pittsburgh for both undergraduate and graduate school.  I earned my B.A. in Liberal Arts and then attended the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Education.

Over the years, I have obtained several additional certifications and degrees.  I have an M.Ed. in Special Education (K-12), am a certified Wilson Language teacher, and am licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist/Mobile Therapist. 

This is my 32nd year of teaching, with this year being my 20th year at Scotland Elementary School.  I love being a Scotland Scottie!  In my spare time I enjoy walking my dogs and taking hikes at Laurel Lake.  Swimming is one of my favorite things to do. I enjoy taking care of my flower beds, cooking/baking, decorating, and going to the movies.
