  •  The Food Service Operation of the Chambersburg Area School District continually works to provide the students with food selections that are dense in nutrient content and appealing to the students.

  • Allergy Certification

    The Cafeteria Managers in all schools of the Chambersburg Area School District, the Career Tech and the Franklin Learning Center have been trained and certified in allergy management. The course entitled "Managing Food Allergens and Gluten in a K-12 Cafeteria Setting" is delivered through MenuTrinfo, LLC and associated with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

  • Does your child have a Food Allergy? If so, the Food Service Operation can assist you with planning for the management of your child's meals.  There are several things that need to be done in order to ensure your child's safety:

    1. You will need to have your child's physician complete and sign the Medical Statement for the Chambersburg Area School District. Please click on the attachment below to obtain the required document. Please note that this is the only form that may be accepted.

     2. You will need to contact the school nurse and the cafeteria manager to arrange a meeting to discuss your child's dietary restrictions. This should be done at least two weeks before the start of school in order to assure all arrangements can be made by the time your student arrives at school.
