Number of Books a Student May Borrow

2nd 2 books
3rd 2 books 1 magazine

5th 2 books 1 magazine


Each week students come to the library to check out books and magazines. The books and magazines may be borrowed for a 1-week cycle. Students have the option to renew a title. If a student forgets to bring his/her library book to class, he/she will not be permitted to select a new item until the previous checkout has been returned.

Late fees are not given. Parents should expect overdue notices at the end of each nine-week period if books have not been returned.

Library classes fall on days 4 and 5
4)  Q May I exchange books on a day that is not my library day?
A
Students who wish to exchange books before their scheduled library day are encouraged to do so. This may occur on any day 4 and 5 before school, after school, or at another scheduled time.
